If someone has enough to enjoy life and its pleasures, one who delights in small things, one who is able to enjoy friends on any level, and one who is well read, one who is able to share, one who is able to survive the ups and downs of life's cycles. This may not sound rich, but it is enriched.

It is relative. To someone who makes $50K a year $100K or more seems rich to someone making minimum wage a person making $10.00 an hour seems rich. It is relative. There is no magic number that says "your rich".
3 :
Someone who is not suffering from anemia, as about one third of the people on earth are.
