About Anybody know of job opportunities in Lubbock, Texas

Anybody know of job opportunities in Lubbock, Texas?
I am moving to Lubbock sometime in the next month because my fiance got a new job. My last day with my current position here in Dallas is Dec. 15. I have a year and a half of outside sales experience, and open to anything in the sales industry. I am currently working in the packaging industry, but not dead set on staying in that field. Anybody got anything? Not to confuse anyone. I know I want to stay in sales, but not necessarily in the packaging industry. I have been researching all the job websites. Just thought I would do some networking if possible.

It depends on what you want to do. Are you interested in Sales or another field?? Before you start looking you should have an industry and job title in mind. It makes things easier in the long run. One you have the specific job check out the CareerBuilder.com.com link provided below to get started. Make sure you research the company beforehand too. Hope this info is helpful. God Bless you and best of luck with your marriage and new career!

About Lubbock or San Antonio

Lubbock or San Antonio?
We can't decide where to go for Memorial Day! My friends live in Lubbock, but will have to work some of the weekend. San Antonio will be very crowded! I can't make up my mind; please help.

Don't let crowds be your deciding factor unless you don't have a room already booked. My parents always eliminated options because of fear of crowds and we missed out on a lot of fun things. I suspect my mom had some issues, maybe even a phobia of crowds, but hey, for a parade, crowds make it much more exciting!

Lubbock would be my choice, since I have friends there..

Try Lubbock, most of the students will be gone, and it is not as Hot as it will be in a few weeks. San Antonio will be so full of tourist you will not be able to find a seat near the river-walk or get up to the cages in the Zoo. Where ever you go, have a blast.
