I need help with furniture in the lubbock tx area?
My mother-n-law sold my three bedroom suites, my living room suite, refrig, stereo,dvd cdplayer everything. My husband and split up. I have no furniture I have athree year old daughter. I work for the lubbock housing authrity full time and at tjmax part time but the bill i have to pay,car payment it makes it hard to go look for furniture.

on the way home go curb shopping !! No joking - sue your mother-n-law for every thing she sold it wasn't hers or tell her your going to unless she replaces it and make her do the shopping.

First of all, she had not business selling your furniture. Take her to small claims court. In the meantime, look in the paper for estate sales, etc. and pick up the pieces that you need now and accumulate the rest as you can afford to.

What is a good place to work at in Lubbock, Tx.?
I have 11 years grocery experience and I am planning on moving to Lubbock, Tx. in the next couple of months. Does anyone know of a good place to work? Not necessarily in Grocery, just any suggestions.
