How are the elementary schools in Lubbock, Texas and which one is considered the best to attend?
My daughter would be in kindergarden when we move to Lubbock and I'm worried about her adapting in a much bigger school and different school environment (she will be leaving preschool/headstart). I'm used to the teachers working well with the students and actually enjoying and loving their jobs and doing right by the kids. I mean I could really trust them and really never had a problem with anything. I know my baby girl is growing up and I'm not ready for her too, but as it should be, her school environment is very important to me. Any answer anyone can provide is welcomed and will be greatly appreciated.

Most of the schools in L.I.S.D. are pretty good about working well with students. One thing I have noticed is that the schools in some neighborhoods don't seem to teach as much material, not preparing them for advanced classes when they reach middle school and high school. I need help finding furniture in the Lubbock TX, area?
We just moved back here from dallas. I had three bedroom suites an living room suite refrigerator, tv everything my mother-n-law sold it. My husband has since left, I work a fortyhour a week job. I have next to nothing in my house, on top of all that christmas is aoround the corner. So if you could please help me in some way I would greatly appreciate it.
